On February 23rd 2010, The Minister of Defence Mr. Phung Quang Thanh paid working visit to Tan Cang – Long Binh ICD. Then, Mr Thanh accompanied by the Leaders of Saigon Newport Holding Company planted souvenir trees within Long Binh ICD’s ground.
