Tan Cang – Long Binh ICD is located in the key economic and dynamic development zone with the most potential in Southern Vietnam (SKEZ). This area Includes Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province. SKEZ is the area that attracts the most foreign direct investment (FDI) accounting for 60% of the country’s total budgetary revenue and over 70% of its export revenue.
